FLOR DE SAL NATURAL

Here, using harvesting methods passed down since the time of the Phoenicians and Romans, Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc is collected by hand from the surface of shallow evaporation basins, where sun and wind do the work nature intended.

Recommended Pairings
