To protect the quality of our charcuterie, jamón, and fresh cheeses, perishable orders require expedited shipping when delivered outside the Northeast.

Standard or ground shipping is not available for these products nationally to these states:

AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV, WY

If your cart contains both perishable and non-perishable items, perishable shipping rates will apply to the full order. In order to access UPS Ground rates, you'll need to remove the perishable item.

Ground shipping rates are available for perishable orders and will appear as an option at checkout for all of these states:

We have a 7-day return window for non-perishable items that are unopened and in original packaging. Perishable goods are not eligible for return.
