Shipping & Orders
Yes, we ship our food products within the contiguous United States via UPS services for purchases made in our online shop. For further information read “Shipping”.
Yes. Please contact us. However, you must make a claim within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We will typically process your order for shipment within 1 business day if it placed between Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed at the start of the following week.
We do not ship perishable items at the end of a business week to avoid items being held in transit during the weekend. If you order perishables, they will be shipped at the beginning of the week.

Send us a note with your order confirmation # and a short explanation of what item is missing or a picture of the incorrect item sent. We will review and accommodate a re-shipment of the products in question. We’ll pay for the shipping cost.
For any other returns, the returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com. Shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Your order is shipping from Queens, NY. Typical ground shipments up and down the East Coast are 1-2 days. Out West, closer to 4-5 days. Select expedited shipping options if you would like your order sooner!
