Yes! We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all Tinned Seafood that can be found within the Tin Fish section on our menu. The offer only applies to items within this section once you spend $75.00 or more. If you add an item to your cart from outside of this section you will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for that weight.
In the summer months (June-September) we require customers that purchase a perishable product that live outside of the Tri-State area / Northeast Corridor to pay for expedite UPS shipping (2-Day or Next Day.)
Because your perishable product cannot be safely shipped in the summer heat via UPS ground, this is the safest option to ensure your product arrives without any damage and can be enjoyed to the fullest.
We understand this can be more of a costly inconvenience for some. If that's the case, we encourage you to explore our variety of non-perishable items that can all be shipped via UPS ground to your location.
Perishable foods are any items that fall into this collection of Summer Perishables. They are items that require refrigeration upon arrival, and in the the summer months are dangerous to be shipped any more than two days in transit.

Shipping & Orders
Yes, we ship our food products within the contiguous United States via UPS services for purchases made in our online shop. For further information read “Shipping”.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will typically process your order for shipment within 1 business day if it placed between Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed at the start of the following week.
We do not ship perishable items at the end of a business week to avoid items being held in transit during the weekend. If you order perishables, they will be shipped at the beginning of the week.

Send us a note with your order confirmation # and a short explanation of what item is missing or a picture of the incorrect item sent. We will review and accommodate a re-shipment of the products in question. We’ll pay for the shipping cost.
For any other returns, the returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com. Shipping cost will be at your own expense.
Your order is shipping from Queens, NY. Typical ground shipments up and down the East Coast are 1-2 days. Out West, closer to 4-5 days. Select expedited shipping options if you would like your order sooner!
