Shipping policy

 

  1. Order Processing
    We aim to prepare and process all orders for shipment as quickly as possible. Most orders received Monday through Wednesday will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will begin processing at the start of the following week.

  2. Shipping Locations and Methods
    We currently ship nationwide within the contiguous United States. All shipments are sent via UPS services (typically UPS Ground), though the exact carrier and delivery method may vary. Orders ship from Queens, NY. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. 

  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. Expedited options may be available at checkout if you need your order sooner. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $250 or more shipped within the contiguous U.S. (this offer is unavailable Between June - September when temperatures are warmer.) 

  4. Perishable and Special Items
    We take extra care with perishable products. Perishable items will not be shipped at the end of the week to avoid extended transit times over weekends. Certain fragile items may require additional packaging considerations.

  5. Delivery Timeframes
    Delivery times vary by destination. East Coast shipments are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, while Central and West Coast shipments generally arrive within 3–5 business days. Expedited options may reduce transit time but do not affect processing time.

  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please refer to the carrier’s tracking updates for the most accurate delivery status.

  7. Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
    If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.   8. Returns and Refunds
    We offer a 7-day return window for eligible non-perishable items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Perishable items, custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned items are inspected and typically take 2–3 business days to process.
