Herpac’s Ventresca de Atún Rojo is an exquisite expression of the prized Bluefin tuna, sourced directly from the almadraba waters of Barbate, the heart of Spain’s Red Tuna tradition. This cut, taken from the soft, marbled belly of the tuna, is known for its buttery texture and luxurious mouthfeel.
