"Pate de Mejillones." This all natural mussel pate is made without any additives and uses exclusively mussels fished from Galica. The mussels are cooked down in a homemade sauce to preserve their natural flavor before being blended and placed within a tin.
We love to spread this pate on toast, picos or sandwiches.
