Glossy loins of bonito (albacore) are placed on a bed of onions and green peppers and then simmered together. The result is a beautiful harmony of flavors, with the onions and peppers providing the tin with a gastronomic elevation.
Serve each tin with pieces of toasted bread, or roast some potatoes and add them alongside to make this tin the main course.
