Membrillo. Quince Paste, or as known in Spain, membrillo, is made with fresh quinces from the regions of Andalucía and is a traditional condiment. The sweet, marmalade-style compote is a perfect contrast to cheese, especially salty, firm ones. It’s versatility makes it a great accompaniment to dry cured meats and cheeses, as well be used as glaze or blended into sauces. All natural, no preservatives.
