Catalonian Brand Sausage. Fuet is a very typical pork sausage from Vic in Cataluña. This one is made in the United States. It is a dry-cured sausage that is similar to salchichón, with flavors of garlic and black pepper, but stuffed in a thinner link which makes it drier in texture. Slice this sausage and serve with crusty bread.

We love to slice our fuet thin and pair alongside a board of picos artesanos. Fuet is a lovely addition to a charcuterie spread. Fuet also easy to bring to a picnic our outdoor event.

Store your Spanish charcuterie in the refrigerator. It's best to keep it wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in airtight containers to prevent them from drying out or absorbing odors from other foods. Charcuterie is also best enjoyed at room temperature, so remember to remove it from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving to allow it to come to the desired temperature. This will allow all of its delicious flavors and textures to develop fully!
