Trapa Taza Hot Chocolate Bar
Trapa Taza is a bar of Spanish-style drinking chocolate. Melt it into hot milk for a rich, thick cup like the chocolate a la taza served in Spanish cafés. Trapa has been making chocolate in Palencia since 1891. This bar comes from its Collection line. Rice flour gives it body, and it is vegan and gluten-free.
A cup on a cold evening is the obvious use. Many people also pour it over churros or dip a polvorón in it. It works as a holiday gift next to turrón, or as a small treat for anyone on your list who likes a proper cup of hot chocolate.
