Intense 74% dark chocolate with bursts of freeze-dried raspberry, from Trapa. The company has been making chocolate in Palencia since 1891. This bar comes from its Collection line. The tart berry pieces brighten the bittersweet cocoa. It is vegan and gluten-free.

Enjoy it in squares after dinner, with espresso, or with a glass of red wine. It also works well on a cheese or dessert board. For the holidays it makes an easy stocking stuffer or a small addition to a Spanish gift basket.
