Intense 74% dark chocolate studded with real orange pieces, from Trapa, one of Spain’s oldest chocolate makers. Trapa has been making chocolate in Palencia since 1891. This bar from its Collection line is bittersweet and balanced, and the bright citrus cuts through the cocoa. It is vegan and gluten-free.

Break it into squares for an after-dinner treat. It also goes well with espresso, a glass of red wine or a cheese board. For the holidays it works as a stocking stuffer, or alongside turrón in a Spanish Christmas gift basket.
