Stuffed piquillo peppers are a very popular tapa in the Navarra region of Spain. The delicate, sweet flavors of the piquillo blend beautifully when stuffed with monkfish (the poor man鈥檚 lobster!). Simply heat these peppers until they are warmed all the way through and serve! These also can be served with plain paella rice or saut茅d with garlic and oil.
