ROSARA Escalivada

This delicious mix of escalivada is the perfect serving side. Add the ingredients to a bowl and coat with olive oil and a dash of lemon. You can also mix in some bacalao (cod) or another fish or meat of your choosing. This mixture is cooked, so you can add it to the side of a grilled meat or fish dish as well!
