This cardoon is cooked and ready to serve. It's delicious plated on a baking dish or tray and garnished in a sauce of your choosing or just simply olive oil and lemon. You can also add it to a soup! For the warmer months, you can add your cardoon to a salad -- simply slice it into bite sized pieces and mix in accordingly.
This is a non-perishable product, so it will last for for quite some time! Keep stored in a cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight. Once you open the jar and if you have some left, keep it sealed tightly and stored in refrigeration. Try to consume it within a week or so for optimal freshness.
