A round torta of crunchy Alicante turrón, made with 64% toasted almonds and orange blossom honey and finished with a thin wafer. It comes from Pablo Garrigós’s SeleQta line and is made by hand in Jijona, Alicante. It’s an easy everyday torta at an accessible price, good for a dessert board or with coffee.
