A new bar from Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez: a crisp “cristal” style turrón that combines toasted Marcona almonds, roasted hazelnuts and pistachios in rosemary honey. The three nuts make up about two thirds of the bar (Marcona almonds 36%, hazelnuts 23%, pistachios 9%), so it’s dense and crunchy, with a light sweetness. It’s made in Alicante, Spain, finished with a thin wafer on the surface and packed in a Delicatessen gift box. Break it into pieces for a holiday dessert board or give it to someone who likes nut-heavy sweets.

Recommended Pairings

Break into pieces with a knife and serve at room temperature with coffee, sweet wine or cava. It also goes well with aged cheese.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, 64–72°F (18–22°C). Keep wrapped or in an airtight container once opened.
