This cold extraction olive oil is a roller coaster ride for your palate, with a special blend of 60% Picual, 20% Arbequina, and 20% Genovesa, Blanqueta and Alfafarenca, all native to the area.
Masia el Altet was a favorite of French Chef Joël Robuchon, whose restaurants amassed 28 Michelin Stars over the years.
