This premium Lomo de Atún Rojo from HERPAC features the prized loin of wild-caught Bluefin tuna, expertly prepared in Barbate — the epicenter of Red Tuna gastronomy. Hand-trimmed and preserved in extra virgin olive oil, it honors centuries of tradition from the Andalusian coast. Caught during the short almadraba season, it’s a rare and limited catch — straight from sea to tin.
