Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc is produced by Gusto Mundial Balearides S.L. in Campos, Mallorca. The Es Trenc salt flats have been harvested since antiquity — the Phoenicians and Romans both recognized this stretch of Mallorca's southern coast as one of the Mediterranean's finest sources of sea salt.
