Flor de Sal Mediterránea captures all of it in a single jar. Hand-harvested Es Trenc sea salt blended with rosemary, savoury, marjoram, thyme, and oregano — all certified organic — for a finishing salt that smells like the coast of Mallorca on a warm afternoon.

Rich in naturally occurring minerals, trace elements, and magnesium, this is a salt that does double duty: the depth of a great sea salt with the aromatic complexity of a Mediterranean herb blend. It elevates without overpowering — the mark of a truly well-made seasoning salt.

Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc is produced by Gusto Mundial Balearides S.L. in Campos, Mallorca. The Es Trenc salt flats have been harvested since antiquity — the Phoenicians and Romans both recognized this stretch of Mallorca's southern coast as one of the Mediterranean's finest sources of sea salt. Today, the salt is still collected by hand using traditional methods, certified organic, and rich in the minerals and trace elements that distinguish artisan sea salt from commodity product.
