The Pardina lentil is known for its small size and brown color (pardo), which gives it its name. They are cooked and preserved the same way they have been for centuries, like all of Rosara's legumes. These lentils are deliciously tender and do not have a noticeable skin. We love eating Pardina lentils in flavorful stews with Serrano ham and sweet, smoky paprika.
