Oleo I Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ideal for frying and cooking. It has a slightly more intense flavoring (compared to its other variant, OLEO regular) due to its higher percentage of picual olives.
It’s a high-quality oil from the province of Cordoba in Andalucía made by blending Hojiblanca and Picual olives. High quality, yet affordable for your daily use, which is why we use it for all of the cooking in our SoHo market. It's one we highly recommend for your pantry too.

This is a fantastic cooking oil that can be used to elevate any dish. Whether you are grilling meats or fish, making a marinade or frying potatoes for a tortilla, this versatile oil will be your trusty companion in the kitchen. You can also garnish your favorite dishes with it, although it is a bit more mild than some of our finishing oils.
