Open the box at the table and slice the turróns thinly. Serve the fruit chocolates alongside with coffee, sweet wine or cava, so guests can taste each one.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, 64–72°F (18–22°C). Keep wrapped or in an airtight container once opened.

• Jijona turrón: almonds 74%, orange blossom honey 17%, sugar, egg white.
• Alicante turrón: almonds 68%, rosemary honey 16%, sugar, glucose syrup, surface wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil), egg white.
• Chocolate fondant turrón with almonds: cocoa mass, almonds 30%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (lecithin, soy), vanilla flavor; cocoa 52% minimum.
• Fruit chocolates (6 varieties): strawberry (dehydrated strawberry 40%) in dark chocolate; pineapple (dehydrated pineapple 31%) in milk chocolate; blueberry (19%) in dark chocolate; orange (17%) in dark chocolate; freeze-dried raspberry (5%) in white chocolate dipped in dark chocolate; fig (22%) in dark chocolate. The chocolates also contain sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier and vanilla flavor, plus milk powder in the pineapple and raspberry ones.
• Contains almonds, egg, soy, milk and sulfites (orange chocolate). May contain traces of sesame, hazelnut, egg, milk and other nuts.
