Add these cockles to a bowl in their brine and sprinkle a dash of lime on top. Add them to toasted bread or crackers. You can also mix them into a pasta.

Store your tinned razor clams in a cool and dry place. Be mindful of the expiration date as well -- although they do last for quite some time. If by some chance you do not finish them once opened, make sure to tightly wrap your tin up and consume within a few days.
