  2. Add the tahini, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and paprika to the blender.
  3. In a pan, sauté the chopped Despaña Traditional Chorizo until it’s cooked through and slightly crispy.
  4. Add the cooked chorizo to the blender and process the mixture until it’s smooth.
  5. Add cold water to the mixture as needed and continue blending until you achieve the desired consistency.
