Spanish morcilla, also known as blood sausage, is a unique Spanish delicacy made from pork blood, onions, and spices. It's one of the most special products that we manufacture. Morcilla has delicious, rich flavor and is a staple in many Spanish kitchens. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways: sliced, grilled or fried and with vegetables, eggs or rice and stews like Fabada Asturiana.

Chorizo is not only one of Despaña’s best-selling products, but it's our very own brand made here in New York City, and how we got our start! From our humble beginnings in 1971, Despaña started as a chorizo-meat manufacturing facility. Our cooking chorizo is perfect for any recipe calling for sausage.

This chorizo is unlike any other on the market. Using imported Pimentón de la Vera spice right from Spain, mixed with pork sourced here in the USA, Despaña Brand Traditional Chorizo is a beautiful medley of cultures. It's slightly spicy with deliciously smoky hints.

Wine Pairing 🍷

The perfect match does exist. We love this organic, natural red wine made from the native Callet grape, from a single vineyard planted in 1961. It's a chillable red - tart, juicy, and peppery - just the right touch for sausage delicacies.
