NATIONWIDE SHIPPING POLICY
We take great pride in providing you with the best foods from Spain. We appreciate your support and look forward to servicing you anywhere in the United States with the finest gastronomy from our home country.
OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Orders will be processed as soon as possible, but typically take 1-2 business days to do so. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been fulfilled.
We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground. For those living on the East Coast, that typically means that your order will arrive in 1-3 business days. We only ship orders Monday-Wednesday.
For those living on the West Coast of the country, UPS Ground typically takes 4-5 business days. With that, we will always ship your order out on a Monday to ensure it gets there within the business week and is not left in a UPS holding facility over the weekend.
When ordering around the holiday season and on blackout dates, please ensure to order in advance. Many packages experience delays due to the carrier being overwhelmed.
Through cooler months (typically October through April,) we can ship all perishable items (cheese, meats, non shelf-stable conservas) via UPS Ground. The colder weather keeps that shipment safe.
May through September we avoid shipping all perishable items via UPS Ground and request customers select UPS Expedited shipping options.
While we use gel ice packs, along with other insulating materials, to ensure a perishable product’s quality in transit, we cannot guarantee these delicious foods will make it to a location outside of 2 days of transit safely due to the heat.
All perishable items will be labeled in these months on our website, and it will be required to select expedited shipping methods to fulfill your shipment unless you live in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT, PA, DC.)
If you do not select this option, we will contact you directly with an updated invoice to account for this shipping cost.
Make sure to refrigerate your order as soon as it arrives. All orders containing perishables will be labeled outside of the box: Refrigerate Upon Arrival.
Paying for shipping is never ideal. We understand that and do our absolute best to provide you with the lowest shipping rates possible. However, our rates are dependent on our shipping provider.
From warehouse staff, to packaging costs and higher transport rates, we add no additional cost onto what the carrier charges us. Despite this, our shipping costs might still be higher than many of the larger corporate entities you order other items from. For that, we apologize. But trust that we are doing everything we can to lower these rates. Your orders only help us do that more. The higher the volume we obtain, the lower the rates.
