A traditional Spanish seafood medley preserved and tinned -- this is what makes Alalunga Conservas so special. Glossy loins of bonito (albacore) are placed on a bed of onions and green peppers and then simmered together. The result is a beautiful harmony of flavors, with the onions and peppers providing the tin with a gastronomic elevation.

Serve each tin with pieces of toasted bread, or roast some potatoes and add them alongside to make this tin the main course.

Hailing straight from the Cantabrian Sea in the North of Spain, Alalunga premium tins are forged from the passion of gastronomy. The goal of Alalunga is creating a gourmet tinned seafood experience, with an emphasis on modern fishing practices and traceability. Alalunga exclusively sources their fish from markets along the Cantabrian Sea, placing an added focus on the culinary traditions of the region.

Alalunga conservas are prepared in extremely small batches due to the high quality of their ingredients, seasonality of the fish and the presentation of their packaging. Each tin is numbered to account for traceability and accompanied with information about the origin of the fish within.
