There are many great ways to serve your oveja al romero cheese -- a classic sheep's milk cheese in Spanish gastronomy. First, ensure it is at room temperature. You can then add it to a cheese platter (cutting it in triangles vertically along the brine) paired alongside picos artesanos, crusty bread or a quince paste garnish. You can also add your sliced oveja al romero cheese to tapa dishes or pintxos, pairing it with jamón serrano, chorizo ibérico or Spanish vegetable preserves. Don't forget to add a nice Spanish wine to your spread!
